BANKING SERVICE UPDATE

We are committed to providing exceptional service to both our clients and prospective clients. We are helping our clients navigate this critical situation, while also upholding the safety of our clients and employees.
Banking Center Updates:

  • We are open for business at our Headquarters lobby from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Our Isom banking center drive-thru is open for business from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Our Schertz and Isom banking centers will continue to offer night drop services.
Our banking center lobbies located at Pearl, Schertz, Isom and Stone Oak will not be open for lobby services at this time. We encourage you to connect with us online and by using our Mobile Banking app to operate your accounts digitally.

Our wire and ACH cut off times remain the same:
Online ACH cut off time is 4:30 p.m. CST
Online wire cut off time is 4:00 p.m. CST

Tap into the power of account access available 24/7. Our team is here to help and our secure Mobile Banking app and Online Banking provides fast access to bank anytime, no matter where you are. Additionally, you can access your money by withdrawing cash from any ATM. We do not charge ATM withdrawal fees.

Where can I access my accounts securely?
You may access your accounts here on our website or on our mobile app.

How can I get cash out?
You can withdraw cash from any ATM near you. We waive surcharge fees.

Where can I deposit checks?
Our headquarters outdoor ATM accepts cash and check deposits. You may also deposit checks with our mobile app or if you have a remote check scanner.

Can I still make changes to my Wires and ACHs?
You may continue to manage your wires and ACHs remotely through your online account, our mobile app, or by calling (210) 807-5555.
